I believe it may have just cliques for me; what it means to stay with my breath. Funny. It’s the foundation statement of any vinyasa class. And I’m just beginning to understand what it means. After class today my teacher sent me off with some homework. To breath through my nose the rest of the day. To do so with intent. And laid it all out with some examples. Feeling very grateful the 60 seconds she took. My secondary point is, don’t hold back. If you ever have something kind or constructive to say; it’s good to express it. It’s a great feeling to attain more awareness of with each breath. Even as I fatigue more with each rep. My form through this movement gets cleaner with each breath. I think a few weeks of strict “below the nipple pullups” will get me to a non chicken wing muscleup #calisthenics #rawmovement #unitedbarcommunity #letsdosomepullups
